Diet Plan For Healthy Weight Gain :

hey gyzz i'm twinkle today i am sharing with you a full diet plan whose wants to gain weight.
gaining weight isn't like that you add fat in our body.it means your body full of proteins,minerals and rich of carbohydrates and minerals so without wasting time lets move on our full diet plan for weight gain in a healthy way.

Must follow

Step1: first of all wake up early in the morning at sharp 6:00 am.as you all know our body is made of 70% of water .so  you have to drink at least 2 glass of warm water in a sit position.so that all the toxins can remove from our body and by this our blood circulation is working good.


Step2: After 30 minutes of drinking between 6.00 am to 7.00am eat soaked  almonds and walnuts.because of by eating soaked almonds helps the body to make enzymes which in turns helps to increases metabolism

Step3: Now between 7.00am to 8.00am (workout) because its also important for weight gain.diet plays important part in gainning weight in the same way for gaining weight workout is also important for our body. in the workout you can do like( exercise, yoga ,swimming,jogging)you can choose from your own that which is suitable for you.workout is important because we all have to gain weight in a healthy manner and we don't want to gain fat thats the meaning of weight gain.


Step4:  After doing workout At 8.00am to 9.00am now in this time period body needs energy so for that we have to take some healthy meal like banana shake(full cream in addition of almonds cashew raisins  and we can also add honey) AVOID SUAGAR.


Step5:  At 10.00 am (breakfast) eat 2 paranthas + milktea or (poha ,2 stuffed paranthas,4 idli sambhar, upma cheese sandwich,oats,chilla)etc.breakfast is very important to get energy for a whole day. don't miss it.


Step6: At 12.00 am eat fruits according to season which gives fibre and nutrients to body.


Step7:Lunch time(at 2.00pm) eat 2 chapati or 1 bowl rice ,1 bowl daal/curry,1bowl vegetbale(seasonal vegetables) curd these all are the options that we should take in our lunch.


step8:After lunch at 5.00pm eat some evening snacks like tea+healthy snack(peanut-butter,sandwich,dhokla,oats/cookies/murmure/popcorn)eat according to which you like the most.



Step9: Dinner time(8.00pm) in dinner eat light foods like 2 salad ,2 chapati,1 bowl dal or sabzi.

Step10: After dinner at 10.00 pm drink warm milk before going to sleep and in milk you can add honey,date by drinking milk at night gets helps to sleep very good improves your digestive system.




Conclusion: so here i am giving the very easy steps to gain weight in a healthy way. so if u gain weight so must follow these steps and very important point is that u should have to very disciplane towards you and your plan which you have to follow on regular basis. so keep doing it i'll share the more tips for you all.
